Caregiver Coaching
Support that meets you where you are.
One-on-one coaching that helps you understand how your loved one is wired - and gives you practical ways to respond with confidence.
What we work on together
Practical support for real family life.
Every family's plan looks different, but these are the places caregivers most often want to start.
Reading your child's cues
Understanding your child's wiring - what energizes them, what overwhelms them, and what helps them feel safe.
Everyday routines that work
Small changes to routines, transitions, and spaces that make hard moments fewer and easier.
Communication that connects
Language that invites cooperation instead of power struggles, grounded in how your child actually listens and learns.
Connecting you with resources
Connecting you with resources to support you.
How it works
Coaching begins with listening. From there, we build a plan shaped around your child.
1. Schedule an introductory conversation
A relaxed, informal conversation about your child, your questions, and what support would look like for your family.
2. Build a picture of your child
Using the WunderKIND method, we map how your child experiences the world and identify practical starting points.
3. Practice, reflect, and adjust
Simple, doable strategies you can use at home - with check-ins to adjust as your child grows and changes.
What coaching is not
Caregiver coaching is a distinct kind of support. Knowing what it is - and what it isn't - helps you get the right help at the right time.
Not a diagnosis!
Coaching does not evaluate, label, or diagnose. If you are seeking an evaluation, we can talk through what that path looks like.
Not therapy!
Coaching is not psychotherapy or counseling. If your child or family needs therapeutic care, we will help you think through that referral.
Not crisis care!
If you are worried about your child's immediate safety, contact emergency services or a crisis line right away. Coaching is not a crisis service.
Every plan starts with a real conversation about your child and your family.
